PHC® Compete® Plus is a dry, water soluble microbial inoculant containing a wide range of beneficial rhizosphere microbes including bacteria (6 species of Bacillus), fungi (Trichoderma), and actinomycetes (Streptomyces), selected for their favorable impact on soil fertility and structure. Compete® Plus will introduce a mixed microbial population to biologically depleted soils. Successful establishment of beneficial microbial flora is an important component of fertile soils.

Compete® Plus is a dry, dispersible rhizosphere inoculant thatcontains numerous strains of beneficial soil microbes. Rhizobacteriaincrease the solubility of mineral elements, such as potassium,phosphorus, calcium, etc., fix atmospheric nitrogen, and increasenutrient availability. Plus, certain rhizobacteria help increasemycorrhizal development. Compete® Plus:- Promotes soil conditions that are favorable to root development

The microbes in Compete® Plus are live proprietary strains selectedand packaged by Plant Health Care, Inc. to promote plant health.The microbes are added in the form of microbial spores, numberingin the hundreds of billions of CFU¿s per pound, and includebeneficial rhizosphere bacteria, several species of Bacillus, theactinomycete Streptomyces, as well as beneficial soil fungi of thegenus Trichoderma. These microbes are formulated in a proprietarynutrient blend of vitamins, soluble humic acids, and seaweed extractto maximize product performance.
Usage Rates:
Tree Care/Soil Injection: Mix ½ Lb per 50 gallons to treat 1250 square feet. Inject the entire area beneath the canopy at a rate of 1-qt per injection on 2 ½ foot centers. Product is compatible with fertilizer mixtures and mycorrhizal fungi inoculants.
Area Treatment for Turf or Flower Beds,: Mix with water to apply 4-Lbs per acre (1-Lb per 10,000 sq ft) initially. Follow with water application to rinse product into the soil. Thereafter, apply 2-Lbs per acre (1/2 Lb per 10,000 sq ft) every 2 weeks.
